12:01 Movie

12:01 Description: "Jonathan Silverman (Weekend at Bernie’s, Brighton Beach Memoirs) is Barry Thomas, and Barry is having a bad day over and over and over again. That’s because Barry is caught in a ‘time bounce’ – an atmosphere phenomenon – that occurs when his employer, the high-tech company Utrel, has an experiment that goes haywire. Spared from the effect of memory loss by an electric shock at the moment of the time bounce, Barry is the only one at Utrel who has the power to change the course of fate. And to Barry that means saving the life of the woman he loves, research scientist Lisa Fredericks (Helen Slater, City Slickers, Ruthless People).

"Tautly directed by Jack Sholder (A nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy’s Revenge, The hidden) and co-starring Academy Award winner Martin Landau (Crimes and Misdemeanors), 12:01 is a spirited sci-fi thriller you’ll enjoy again and again and again! It’s Back to the Future meets Groundhog Day!"

First Sale Doctrine for the movie 12:01: Hit Movies is an online retailer and legal owner of the physical copies of movies it sells, rents and exchanges such as the movie 12:01. The promotion and advertisement of all movies, such as 12:01 DVD, advertised for sale or rental through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of the movies is protected under the "first sale doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 109 (a). The first sale doctrine protects the buyer's Hit Movies interest in goods it has purchased for resale and rental of such DVD movies and videos as 12:01 Movie. Under the doctrine, once the copyright/trademark owner has sold its goods, such as the video movie 12:01, it has exhausted its copyright/trademark rights in those goods and can no longer dictate how or where the buyer uses or redistributes those goods. The "fair use doctrine" serves the public interest in the reception and dissemination of information, in order to assist the consuming public in finding purchasing and/or renting authentic product such as the movie 12:01.
