El Milagro de Coromoto Description: "In 1670, Virgin Mary appears in Venezuela to Coromoto, an Indian Chief. The Virgin appears in front of his whole family and asks him to be baptized. Coromoto, chief of an important indigenous tribe, at first asks for help from a Spaniard nobleman, (Juan Sanchez) who advises him to convert his tribe to Catholicism. This way it begins our history, a story in which the Chief Coromoto after facing internal pressures, decides at the end of his life, to accept the baptism and the Christian faith…Meanwhile, the daughter of a wealthy family, remains invalid after an accident but with the faith she has in Virgin Mary, she begins to walk again and finds true love."
