There are three short segments with an A-cupped attempted-Seka look-alike, one of those with Seka's then-boyfriend, Ken. These are pretty sexy, although they are far less so than the remainder of the video which is Seka, alone.
Actually. . . it is Seka and a few dildos and vibrators. Seka was quite sexy most of the time (a few sections of rather 'absent' looks on her face), and she was mostly enjoying herself (though only noticeably cums once in the tape). The dildos held up their end of things nicely, but I found the vibrators to have a rather stiff on-screen presence.
For the most part, the photography was superb (with the exception of some fisheye lens stuff. . . a tad TOO strong an attempt at 'art'). Ron Raffaelli - the photographer - was possibly the first person to consider that 'dirty movies' (as they had been thought of until then) could actually be art.
This film (along with "Seka's Teenage Diary") were the VERY early Seka loops before she was known to everyone as the Platinum Princess.
(FYI: Raffaelli never skimped on the extreme close-up (e. g. Seka's clit filling the screen while she plays with it), and he may actually have been the originator of the practice. )
Let's see. . . is the 70's queen of erotica - Seka - in a film of her enjoying herself masturbating sexy. . . ? Hell yes!!
Is it perfect? Well, no. . . . (See '6')
Seka masturbating. . . filmed by Raffaelli? What more is there to want?
The stupid voice-over done by someone who is obviously NOT Seka (these were filmed as silent loops and Seka's voice is VERY distinctive!), with the interspersing of film of someone writing in a journal as a 'link' between the clips. The film alone with possibly music and moans would've been far preferable.
That, and that the whole, superb Raffaelli loops (which I've seen some of) weren't left intact. These were beautifully done 7-9 minute pieces. But, instead, they were processed like meat into this film, "Seka's Teenage Diary", and - unfortunately likely - the cutting room floor.
To a Seka fan? A must-have.
To anyone who's seen Seka and thinks she's sexy, or anyone who likes watching women pleasure themselves? I'd give it an eight (8).
